CAD Designer

We are looking for an experienced, well organised and lovely CAD Designer to join our growing Team. You will be working alongside the I.D. & Director, drawing and designing interior space layouts, landscaping layouts, electrical and plumbing services drawings and joinery drawings for Interior Design projects for both Hospitality and Residential projects. 

Previous U.K. BASED design experience with a reputable interior design studio is essential. 

The successful applicant will: 

- Have a minimum of three years full-time experience as an CAD Designer with a reputable U.K. design company. 

- Be proficient in Vectorworks, Autocad, Photoshop and Indesign.

- Be Apple Mac and IT Literate. 

- Be organised and very detail orientated. 

- Be fluent in English, both written and spoken. 

- Be focused, calm and personable. 

  

The role will involve: 

-Designing and drawing. 

-The day-to-day administration of drawing issue and filing. 

-Coordinating with the sourcing of relevant products and materials relevant to the design. 

-Coordinating drawing references on the drawings with the ID and FF&E schedules. 

-Organising and keeping project documents/images/material samples in order. 

-Supporting the I.D. & Director by undertaking ad hoc tasks when necessary for the smooth running of all projects. 

This is an office-based ,Mon to Fri, CAD Designer job in London SW15, with some flexibility to work one day a week from home after a probation period has been completed.   

Salary based on experience. Interviews will be via Phone and in person.

Administrator & Coordinator
We are looking for an experienced, well organised and lovely Office Administrator. You will be working alongside the Director and designers running the procurement of FF&E and assisting with the smooth running of Interior Design projects for both Hospitality and Residential projects.

This is an administrative role, not a design role and previous administration and bookkeeping experience is essential, with procurement experience an advantage.

 

The successful applicant will have/be:

- Have a minimum of four years full-time experience with a reputable company.

- Apple Mac and IT Literate.

- Highly organised and very detail orientated.

- Proficient in Excel, Xero, Word and Onedrive.

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

- Focused, calm and personable.

The role will involve:

-The day-to-day administration of orders, payments, creating and updating FF&E schedules.

-Sourcing FF&E

-Coordinating deliveries, collections and returns.

-Coordinating FF&E installations on site with contractors and clients.

-Updating book-keeping and reconciling payments.

-Issuing client invoices.

-Filing of documents.

-Supporting the Director by undertaking ad hoc and secretarial tasks.

This is an office-based ,Mon to Fri, administration job in Putney London SW15.

Salary based on experience. Interviews will be via phone and video.

Book Keeper

We are looking for a bookkeeper to join the team, working in office one day a week. The successful candidate will demonstrate significant experience of bookkeeping ideally supporting a start-up or scale-up SME.

Main Responsibilities

  • Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into Xero.

  • Managing the Xero Account.

  • Paying invoices and tracking bank account balances

  • Verifying the accuracy of business accounts and alerting the Finance Manager of errors.

  • Recording any inconsistencies to help the Finance Manager reconcile inaccuracies.

  • Preparing payroll informing outsourced payroll provider of any changes, checking and signing off monthly payroll.

  • Managing employee expense claims.

  • Supporting with employee purchases if required.

  • Helping the Finance Manager with administrative duties.

Experience required

  • Experience in a similar bookkeeping or accounts assistant role.

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office, including Teams and Excel.

  • Experience of using Xero accounting software or similar.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and remotely when neccesary.
